sheep head for dinner

On the second night of 3id, people eat sheep (and goat) head for dinner. They dip the meat, fat, and brains into salt and cumin. Personally, if I were to do partake in the dinner again, I’d bring soy sauce to dip the goods in before plopping them in my mouth.
